Fitness Program — Blue Bell location

Our brand-new 5,000-square-foot facility offers state-of-the-art medical fitness equipment, men's and women's locker rooms, and highly trained exercise physiologists to assist our clients throughout their exercise program. In addition, our enrollment is capped at 300 members in order to ensure that our staff will be able to provide the highest quality one-on-one supervision and care. Our goal is to offer a facility in which all of our clients feel comfortable and encouraged while they continue on their path to full rehabilitation and long-term well being.

Apex has always strived to provide the best care possible for its patients during their treatment. With the addition of the fitness center, they can now take their recovery process to a whole new level. The exercise programs designed for each patient's specific needs can help them to achieve better therapy results, maintain a healthy lifestyle, and prevent future injury.
