Robert EptingRob joined Apex Physical Therapy’s Royersford office as Managing Director in April of 2010. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Reading’s Alvernia College in 1996, his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Glenside’s Beaver College (now Arcadia University) in 1999, and his doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in 2007. In addition, he’s obtained advanced training in a variety of manual therapy and rehabilitative techniques, including certification in the Graston soft tissue mobilization technique. Rob continues to return to his alma mater, Arcadia University, to guest lecture on topics of differential diagnosis and government affairs. He also runs ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) injury prevention programs for soccer programs at local schools. His clinical interests focus on the treatment of sports and orthopaedic injuries, particularly those of the shoulder, elbow and hand. Outside of the clinic, Rob enjoys watching sports (especially Eagles football), progressing toward his black belt in karate (he’s currently achieved a brown belt), completing home improvement projects and spending quality time with his family and friends.

Ian Dzienisiewski, DPT

Ian DzienisiewskiIan joined Apex Physical Therapy’s Royersford office in April of 2006. He received his doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in 2004 and his bachelor’s degree in Biology from Penn State University in 2001. After graduating from Penn State, Ian immersed himself in the physical therapy practice, working as a student therapist before earning his second degree and, since that time, as a PT in various Pennsylvania clinics and hospitals. At his previous place of employment, Ian served as an instructor to physical therapy students and a mentor to volunteers. In 2008, he earned his certification in Vestibular Rehabilition and is current treating patients with vertigo in the Royersford office. Ian is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association on the national level, as well as a participant with the local Pennsylvania chapter. He is constantly looking to expand his knowledge and stay up-to-date on current research in the field of physical therapy by attending continuing education courses. His clinical interests include spinal rehabilitation and various orthopedic diagnoses. Outside of the clinic, Ian enjoys sports, music and spending time with family and friends. He has also participated in a number of volunteer activities — like designing and integrating an injury prevention and care program for youth football players and their parents in Warrington — that have brought his knowledge of the body into play.

Lauren Gotto, MPT

Physical Therapist

Lauren GottoLauren joined Apex Physical Therapy’s Royersford office in April of 2005. Lauren received her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Temple University where she also played four years of Division 1 women’s soccer. She went on to earn both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in 2004. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association nationally and the Pennsylvania chapter locally. Lauren enjoys working with people of all ages with various diagnoses and limitations. Her passions include playing soccer, biking, jogging and hiking; however, none of these compare to her love for dogs.
